Thinly sliced Beef Sirloin rolled with extra virgin olive oil, tomatoes, onions and breadcrumbs prepared on a wood-burning grill. This 16 ounce bone-in strip steak is served with a sweet Madeira wine sauce and a portabella mushroom. We recommend pairing it with a glass of Remo Farina Ripasso Valpolicella wine.
